The Marist Academic Resource Center (ARC) launched three new reading initiatives this school year with huge success. Circulation continues to increase, the school added a second book club to accommodate all the student interest in books, and the annual book budget was increased in order to offer additional reading materials. The ARC partners with the iCenter to offer tutoring, digital resources, research assistance, help with technology and homework and of course, books. Kids are seeking out the ARC and the print materials in larger numbers than ever before in the history of the school. Vibrant displays help to guide interest and selection as well as personalized reading list offered by the librarians. It is an exciting time in the school library!
