Hasbro and the American Library Association are joining forces to promote National Gaming Day, the “largest, simultaneous national video game tournament ever held!” The event, taking place at hundreds of libraries tomorrow, November 14, 2009, is designed to:

• Raise awareness about the use of games as a library program;
• Expose people to new types of board games;
• Establish connections between local board game groups and the library.
