About The Author

Linda Busse has been with Gale as Director of Corporate Communications since January 2009. She has worked in public relations and communications for 20 years and has a master\'s degree in PR. Her love of libraries goes back to her first summer job driving the local public library’s story van. She has an MLS and has worked in both public and corporate libraries.
