			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Gale is proud of the recognition we received during ALA Midwinter.</p>
<p>Two titles were named Outstanding Reference Sources for 2010 by the American Library Association’s Reference and User Services Association (RUSA).</p>
<p><em>Encyclopedia of Environmental Ethics</em> <em>and Philosophy</em> and <em>Encyclopedia of Modern China </em>were among the eleven sources selected by RUSA for this honor.</p>
<p><em>Encyclopedia of Modern China</em> also received the American Library Association’s Dartmouth Medal Honorable Mention.</p>
<p>It certainly is an honor to be recognized among the best reference publications in the industry.</p>

<p>In this newly created role, Stephen is responsible for leading efforts to strengthen Gale’s position as an experience-based products/solutions partner.  He will focus on increasing outreach, advocacy work, and our customers’ awareness of Gale as a library partner.  He will also be responsible for identifying emerging technologies and techniques that can be incorporated into Gale’s products to enhance the user’s experience and expand the role of our library partners.</p>
