Lesson Plan 1- Women in Combat

Objective:  Students will form their opinion on the controversial issue of women in combat and write a persuasive essay

Lesson Plan 2- Women’s Rights Photo Essay

Objective:  Students will work in groups to create a photo essay representing women’s rights in an assigned country

Lesson Plan 3- Women’s Rights in the News

Objective:  Students will explore and summarize women’s rights issues in the news from around the world
