Product Update: Exciting Video Additions and Increased Text Size to Kids InfoBits!

Recently, Gale partnered with Visual Learning Systems, an educational science publisher whose mission is to provide high quality, visual-based content that instructs, challenges, and inspires young learners. Nearly 600 high-quality educational videos on concepts essential to STEM learning have been added to Kids InfoBits.

These recently added and powerful teaching tools are approximately 1-3 minutes in length, and can be easily incorporated into Primary and Elementary classroom instruction. Some even pose critical thinking questions for the learner to contemplate. Take a look at the below video.

We’re constantly seeking feedback to enhance the functionality and usability of our databases. As part of this update, we have added a new feature that allows users to increase the font size for all documents within Kids InfoBits, making it that much easier for your users to engage with the content! Additionally, in response to numerous customer requests, Kids Infobits has a larger default font size.

What Does It Look Like?
Users can expect to find a small text icon in the top right corner of all documents. One click will navigate between the original and enlarged text size. Once the user changes the font size, it will persist throughout the entire session.  Take a look at the difference below!
