As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your experience, Cengage Group is making improvements across our Enterprise Resource Planning system in early April, resulting in the changes below.
- Online Ordering Downtime. From 5:00 PM ET, March 28, 2025, to 8:00 AM ET, April 7, 2025, My Account, the Thorndike Press eCommerce experience, will be unavailable for order fulfillment.
- New Account Number. You will receive a new master customer number in your next statement (April 2025 for all subscription customers) for use across all Cengage Group businesses. Our Customer Experience team can use your existing account number to locate your new account, place orders, and assist you with any questions.
- Invoice Changes. Beginning in April, you will see a more detailed invoice, including a breakdown with Price – Discount = Your Price.
- Invoices are no longer included in shipments; they will be emailed (automatic invoice receipt) and you can access and print invoices via myaccount.gale.com.
