Later today, you’ll notice we’ve made a few updates to Gale Artemis: Primary Sources and the resources it contains. These updates should overall create a smoother experience with greater clarity for all users.
First, the “Updated” flag will be removed from Term Clusters. Furthermore, there is a slight change to the results format for Term Clusters. Results will now show brief citations rather than full text snippets. This change should offer a cleaner look and help users better understand the results.
The other change involves the search box. You’ll notice we’ve changed the text from “Digital Collections…” to “Search primary sources.” This change should convey greater clarity regarding what type of content is within Gale Artemis: Primary Sources. Before, some users mistakenly believed it contained periodical and other articles due to their familiarity with the content found in many Gale Products, which isn’t the case.
