When I went to Library School, my career goals involved working in large academic libraries behind the scenes, so it was with great trepidation that I moved into the public library sphere.
I now work for a small rural library that asks me to wear multiple professional hats – one of which was to become the head of our floundering teen program. While nervous and lost at first, I quickly came to realize the amazing talents of our local teens. I am continually blown away by their creativity, engagement, and technical ability. It is a pleasure to work at a library that creates such a strong outlet for these young adults to explore, learn, and engage together.Air Jordan 1 GS
