Gale now offers new COUNTER 5 usage reports. You can start pulling the new reports in the Gale Usage Reports Portal available from Gale Admin.
There are no changes to existing reports in the Gale Usage Reports Portal. COUNTER 5 reports are available starting with January 2019 usage. For usage prior to January 2019, you may access COUNTER 4 or Gale reports.
