The verdict is in from Library Journal. This summer’s review praises ChiltonLibrary,1 saying that home mechanics will be delighted—that its automotive tools for labor estimating, recalls, and maintenance, along with its educational videos, animations, and Automotive Service Excellence quizzes, will appeal to a wide range of patrons. The reviewer describes the new cloud-based platform as easy to use with an intuitive interface.
The scope and scale of the ChiltonLibrary resource are comprehensive, providing patrons with constantly updated information through its intuitive and streamlined platform. Public and technical libraries will want to add this resource.
ChiltonLibrary covers most makes and models, beginning with 1940s models. Information for Asian makes, such as Subaru, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Kia, have recently been updated to the 2023 model year—with valuable and highly sought-after factory information.
