The library has always been an important part of my life. My first memories of the library where I grew up was walking to the little “store front” library branch around the corner and spending hours pouring over the nature books. I loved the smell of the old card catalogs! When I had children, we became fixtures at the library and got cart-loads of materials to help with their studies and areas of interest. When child-rearing, health concerns, or other issues challenged us, I researched to find answers to our dilemmas. I gained such a wealth of knowledge through our local libraries….wherever we lived! The children are grown and I was looking for part-time work. One of the librarians at our local branch told me about an opening. I applied and was hired. It’s my dream job! I am surrounded by books and people who love books. Each day is a chance to grow personally and professionally at the library. We are so blessed to have such a great one in our community. I still can’t believe that I get to work there!Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG ‘Chicago’ White and Black-Varsity Red For Sale
